Returns Policy

We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Refund Process

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are processed more quickly. This timeline includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for the return shipment to reach us
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return once received
• 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

How to Return an Item

To return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order under the "Complete Orders" link, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
